Optimizer - Digital Marketing & CRM Strategist

Be the hands-on optimizer and account manager for our clients — someone who combines digital marketing execution with CRM management to streamline client onboarding, tracking, and lead conversion systems.
Position Summary
You’ll manage 10–15 active client accounts, primarily SMBs, ensuring their digital marketing systems deliver measurable results.
This is not an “ideas-only” strategist role — it’s part client relationship, part execution, part CRM automation.
You’ll communicate directly with clients, monitor campaigns, improve conversions, and maintain their CRM systems so leads don’t get lost and reporting stays clean.
Key Responsibilities
Client Strategy & Optimization
- Serve as the main contact for assigned accounts — guiding marketing priorities and reporting progress.
- Review Google Ads & Meta reports (with ad experts’ input) to identify quick wins and performance gaps.
- Recommend conversion improvements (forms, landing pages, copy, automations).
- Run monthly performance reviews & ensure delivery of all reports.
CRM Management / Marketing Automation
- Manage CRM automations, triggers, and contact pipelines for clients.
- Connect lead forms, call tracking, and follow-up workflows (SMS, email, appointment booking).
- Test, troubleshoot, and improve lead routing for optimal speed-to-lead.
- Collaborate with Opti-Tech and Ads teams on integrations and data consistency.
Execution & Project Coordination
- Ensure client tasks and onboarding steps are completed accurately.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Ads, Tech) to deliver results and updates.
- Maintain documentation and client notes for transparency and systematization.
🧠 Ideal Profile
Trait Description
Experience 2–4 years in digital marketing
CRM Skills Hands-on CRM automation platform experience (GHL, Zapier, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign acceptable).
Analytical Strong understanding of PPC Ads performance metrics and lead flow attribution.
Communication Confident on video calls and client updates; excellent English writing & speaking + French
Ownership QUICK LEARNER, CURIOUS, Proactive, detail-oriented, takes full responsibility for their clients’ success.
Location Timezone & communication fit for Canada/US West Coast.
Mindset AI- and process-friendly, system thinker, eager to grow into a senior optimizer.
