A Digital Marketing Strategist, NOT an Order-Taker – You know how SEO, paid ads, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and analytics work together to drive revenue. You don’t need to set up campaigns yourself, but you must know how they function.
An Analytical Thinker – If you can’t explain why a test failed, how to improve performance, or the meaning of statistical significance, this isn’t for you. We test, measure, and optimize—not guess.
A Master Communicator – You can turn complex strategies into clear, compelling messages that business owners understand (and act on). You write well, speak with confidence, and keep clients engaged.
A Proactive Problem-Solver – If something isn’t working, you don’t wait—you spot it, fix it, and optimize the process to prevent future issues.
Sales-Savvy (Without the Sleaze) – You’ll speak with warm leads (business owners who need help). No cold calls—just genuine, consultative conversations that help businesses see the value we bring.

Crafting Persuasive Messaging – You’ll use words that sell—whether it’s in emails, presentations, or marketing copy.
Collaborating & Problem-Solving – When you see an issue, you don’t just report it. You fix it.
Learning – You’ll stay sharp, improve your skills, and keep up with what’s working in digital marketing.
