12 Month Tune-up

Will You commit 12 Months to get Your BusinessĀ on the Road to Running Without You?

In the last 12 months, I’ve visited over 23 states… Most on motorcycle… I’ve seen 8 of the top 10 landmarks on Bing’s Famous American Landmarks page. And I did all of this without any online sales, information products, or MLM schemes. I did it the old fashioned way with a brick-and-mortar small business that sells directly to people in their homes and businesses.

And the whole time I was getting money deposited into my account each week to fund my adventures and my next business acquisition…

But let’s take a step back and see if I can answer 2 questions for you:

  1. How did I get there?
  2. Can you do the same thing? (This one is partially dependent on you)

How did I setup a business to run without me?

Well that’s exactly what I’m going to tell you how to do… With my 12-step process to tuning up your business in 12 months. If your business is already profitable with consistent cashflow and a decent team we can do this in 12 months… If not, we can still get you on the track to freedom, but it will take a bigger commitment…

  1. Commitment – Are you going to do this or not? Are you going to work ON your business at least 4 hours per week? Is your goal more time or money?
  2. Knowledge – you get it on your own or from someone else. What does a great business look like? What makes a buyer pay more for your business than someone else’?
  3. RoadMap – This is your game plan… You’ll never end up at your destination if you don’t know how to get there. More importantly do you know which step to take each week of the next 52 to get you there?
  4. Know the numbers – You can’t shoot from the hip so the first step is to define the crucial numbers in your business. Starting with your P&L and working towards individual employee and department profitability.
  5. Outsource, Delegate or Kill – This is the absolute hardest thing for most business owners to do. You need to leverage your knowledge by creating systems and hiring others to take over your responsibilities.
  6. Team – Who is responsible for what? Where are the holes and gaps? Does everyone know where we’re going and what we’re doing? What’s our vision, Mission, and Culture? Are you empowering your people to get the most out of them?

Enter your name and email in the upper right so I can email you the other 6 steps as well as an email providing specifc, actionable steps. This is the same formula my business coaching clients pay me over $15,000 to help them implement so sign-up before they force me to take this down.
